This is the VyBZ.Live Staff Group. All Staff will be able to access important info in here :) Depending on content it could be posted as a discussion or Post.

Rules are the same for all Host/Hostess Positions :) 

  • -30 days work for tips, 300L$ a set after that, but if you are not doing your job as we expect, the 30 days will reset. Sometimes there will be periodical bonuses for your hard work.


  • -Must have a computer able to handle land and big crowds.


  • -You are required to post your event in Discord and in world group notice. Manager will do SL Events and On site events for you that you must join.


  • -Advertising for hosts and hostess' here is mainly done by the board. As to not overburden the chat or you, your primary goal is the crowd and advertising the DJ and requests.


  • -No going AFK for long periods of time (We all need the bio sometimes, but should not take more then 5-7 minutes), You are there to have fun and keep the crowd active. They should know your the host and know who to go to if something is needed.


  • -You must sign up on the VyBZ.Live Social Community website. This allows you to not only advertise yourself, but also allows us to promote your events and you. We will post the weekly events on website and out of everyone who should be joined on the event the dj and host should be the first.Site and radio are great on mobile as well so no excuse to login once a week to join and accept something. Please make sure you edit your profile and ask any questions you have :) We will always meet in Discord when we plan a meeting.


  • -Remember your DJ is required to play music depending on crowd. So if there are kids in the crowd or teens music and talk from a host/hostess should be of a moderate nature and the D.J should be doing the same thing. Know your crowd, do not make a bad image for yourself or us.



  • -last of all no drama.


  • *All these things must be done to be paid after 30 days. If you fail to do these things, bring drama, or are rude and disrespectful we have no place for you. We are nice people. That is the atmosphere we will be keeping :) We will not fire you for having a life so if something comes up we should know in advance. Things change and things come up and we will not punish you for this. If it becomes a recurring thing however, and you do not give us any notice of any kind then that is a different story.


  • -You MSG in Discord Staff Room or in the Staff Space Stream 15-30 Minutes before set.


  • You can post the Dj's notice for their set or if they prefer, they can post for you.


  • Attention 05/24/2018: All hosts will now post SL Events for their DJ's starting this Friday for next week.


  • -If a DJ does not show up for your event at the last minute you will still be paid 150 $L.


  • -The prior however, does not count if we are aware ahead of time, because we will find a replacement DJ. We will pay an extra 50 to the host though, in order to update the event with the replacement DJ’s name.


  • -Hosts, if you do not show up for your event in order to host, BUT you still did your weekly advertising, you will still earn 50.


  • -**The use of all capitals is not permitted. When speaking in local chat and sending notices do NOT use all caps!!


  • No halftime notices. You may ONLY use the Group chat for halftime. Do NOT post halftime notices in group notifications

Same rules apply for those with Radio show, except being on land is not a requirement, but there is a studio behind stage. We would recommend using it.

  • -Must use voice and interact with your crowd and those on the outside.


  • -Must periodically advertize the radio station, the venue, the VyBZ.Live Social Community, and the magazine (coming soon). Do it when it seems to fit best, but do make sure you do it.


  • -No going AFK for long periods of time (We all need the bio sometimes, but should not take more then 5-7 minutes), You are there to entertain, not just play music. You took the slot you did because you knew you could do it.

  • -Music must be moderate in nature and as long as you know your crowd you can do different themes, but if children or teens are to tune in or be at venue, please keep it radio edited. You must also be able to take requests.


  • -You will not need your own stream being you will be djing not only in world, but to those on the outside as well. Discord will be the way that the outside requests will be given and in world of course.


  • -last of all no drama.


  • -Must be in DJ On Air channel while Djing and watching both Discord and InWorld. Must check-in using the staff room in Discord 30 Minutes or 15 Minutes before shift.
